Community Bridges is a non-profit organisation that helps communities nurture their health and wellbeing through social prescribing and storytelling across its channels.
I led the full rebrand, website redesign, podcast launch, and editorial content strategy, helping the organisation better support communities and professionals in health and wellbeing initiatives.
Community Bridges wanted to amplify its impact, but its digital presence and content were fragmented. It needed a coherent identity, engaging content, and accessible channels to connect with both individuals and organisations effectively.
People respond to stories and experiences that feel relatable, human, and actionable. By combining practical guidance and signposting tools with storytelling, Community Bridges could make social prescribing easier to understand and more engaging for its audiences.
I developed a clear, approachable brand identity and digital experience, collaborating closely with the CEO, illustrator, and web developer. I also launched a podcast to share practical advice and inspirational stories, and produced editorial content across the website and social channels to inform, inspire, and connect communities and organisations.
The refreshed identity, platform, and content established Community Bridges as a credible and engaging resource. By improving clarity, accessibility, and storytelling, the project strengthened the organisation’s ability to connect with communities, support professionals, and foster wellbeing across its networks, as highlighted in its impact report.
